Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 8, 2026 — This policy covers GAMCA, the clinic management application provided by Air Computers, including how we handle data when sending WhatsApp notifications.
Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Air Computers ("the Company", "We", "Us", "Our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use GAMCA ("the Application", "the Service"), the clinic management system used to register patients and manage their visit through reception, physical examination, pathology, and X-ray departments.
We collect and use personal data only as described in this policy and, where required by applicable law, only where We have a valid legal basis to do so, including your consent where consent is required.

Information We Collect
When a patient registers, We may collect:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Photograph and biometric data (fingerprint / face verification) captured during identity checks at registration and department entry
- Medical examination, pathology, and X-ray records generated during the visit
- Basic device/usage data (browser type, access times) when staff use the admin system
We do not use tracking cookies on this website. The Application itself does not use browser cookies for advertising or analytics.
WhatsApp Notifications
When a patient registers at the clinic, We use the patient's name and phone number to send a registration confirmation message via the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"). This may be extended to other clinic notifications, such as appointment or report status updates.
To deliver these messages, the phone number and message content are transmitted to Meta, which processes this data under its own privacy policy, available at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy. Meta acts as an independent data processor for message delivery and does not use this data for its own advertising purposes.
Patients may decline WhatsApp notifications at any time by informing clinic reception staff, who will disable messaging for that patient's record.
How We Use Your Data
- To register and manage a patient's visit across clinic departments
- To verify identity via biometric checks between departments

Security of Your Data
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures — including role-based access control and biometric verification — to protect patient data. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security.
